1. What happen when I submit a service request?

Once you submit service request you’ll hear a response from the service provider by phone to confirm the job requested.

2. What if no one show up?

We apologize for that. Usually we will inform you if the service provider will is late, he might be stuck on traffic. On the other hand, some of our service provider are third party, and this is an acceptable, let us know and will work hard with the service provider to be on time and you will receive a discount on your next service.

3. Is there a guarantee on the job?

Absolutely, all of our service come with a guarantee subject to terms and condition, if you are not stratified or the job was not done properly, we will re-do it with no additional cost.

4. Can the service come to a different address?

Absolutely, they can go to your home, office, your mom’s house - anywhere. Tell us where you need them to be, or move the cursor on the map to the desire location and they’ll be there.

5. Do you cover the whole Oman?

Right now all our service providers are in Muscat. We are planning to cover other town in the near future such as Sohar and Salalah. However the real estate cover the whole country, just send us an email with you request and we promise we will work hard to answer you query.

6. What if the requested service is not on the drop-down menu?

No worries. Submit a request regardless and specify what service you require and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

7. How do I speak directly with a service provider?

Muscat Home has dedicated customer support team for all incoming inquiries from our clients. You can reach us at + 968 9503 1616. Our working hours are from 8 am – 5 pm. If the line is busy, leave a massage and will get back to you as soon as possible.

8. I’ve changed my mind, can I cancel a service request?

Yes, you can cancel if the service provider has not yet begun working on your service request. Go to my service request on the drop-down menu and press cancel. Or send us an email.

9. When do I pay?

You only pay when your service is completed. You pay as either via bank transfer or online payment. We will pay the service provider.

10. Is payment secure?

Our payment system is extremely secure and it is done via a trusted third party (Bank Muscat).

11. How do I rate a service provider?

When the service is completed you will be prompted to give a rating. Accurate ratings help other customers make a good decision.

12. I’m unhappy with the service I received. What should I do?

We are sorry for such mistake, we will make sure this will never happen again,send us an email to file your complaint. Muscat Home will ensure a timely response from the service provider. All correspondence is logged and your complaint remains open until we can reach a full resolution. We work closely with our customers and service providers to resolve problems swiftly, but complicated issues might take some time. Your happiness is our number one priority, so you can rest assured that we are working hard to find a resolution.

13. I want a refund. What should I do?

Send us an email to file your complaint. We will investigate the situation. If the service provider was at fault we will make a full or partial refund.
